Welcome to the new Hinckley Dodge Ogden website. I redesigned our site to be as straightforward and clutter free as possible. I want you to find the information you need as quickly and easily as possible. The new website is a reflection of how we've always done business at Hinckley Dodge Ogden, straightforward and upfront.
Our entire inventory is listed on the site, including photos of the actual cars. The only
stock
photos are the ones scrolling by on the homepage. I want to represent the cars as accurately as possible, just like my sales team will when you visit our store.

I would like to congratulate anyone currently considering the purchase of a vehicle. The car market is currently down, as I'm sure you've heard, which means manufacturers have big rebates in place. I've been around the car business my entire life, and directly involved in it since 2000, and I don't think there has ever been a better time to purchase a new car. That's a pretty strong statement given some of the promotions that have happened since 2000.
Why do I think now is a better time to be a car buyer than ever? Several reasons. First is the selection of vehicles, both new and used. On the new side, there are more products available. For instance the new Dodge Journey, Avenger and Nitro. None of these were available 2 years ago. The Dodge Grand Caravan was also completely redesigned 6 months ago. Second, even without rebates you get so much more for your money on new cars than you did even 3 years ago. For instance, a Journey is available with leather, a video entertainment system, chrome wheels, seven passenger seating, electronic skid control, and anti-lock brakes all for less than $30,000. For comparison, we recently took a Ford Windstar in on trade. It was a 2000, it had cloth interior, no entertainment system, and hubcaps, and it had an MSRP over $30,000. This is just one example showing that what you get for the money has increased across the board. Third are the purchasing options. Rebates are huge, interest rates are low, and now Chrysler even has a $2.99 gas guarantee. There are more options than ever before to make the purchase work best for you

Today we recieved our 2008 Dodge Challenger SRT8! Haven't had that kind of a stir among dealership employees for a car unloaded off the transport for a long time. I see this as a great opportunity for Hinckley Dodge Ogden to continue its long time ties and contributions to the Ogden community.
We are holding a silent auction for our Challenger. All money over MSRP will be donated to Your Community Foundation of Ogden. This is a great chance for us to give something back to the Ogden area and community that has given us so much over the years. Details are attached below. Challenger Silent Auction
Hinckley Dodge Ogden will hold a silent auction for the right to purchase our 2008 Dodge Challenger SRT8. Bids will be accepted from February 18th until two weeks (July 15th) after the car arrives at the dealership (July 1st). Bids will remain sealed until the auction closes. After the auction closes, bids will be reviewed and the highest bidder will be contacted first. If that individual is unable to buy the car, the dealership will contact the next highest bidder until an individual is able to buy at the bid price. Highest bidder will take delivery one week after the bid process is closed. All other bidders will be notified of the result. Bids must include full name, as it will appear on the title, address of residence, home and work phone numbers, and proof of identity (drivers license). Bids without this information will not be accepted. Proof of insurance will be required at time of delivery.
Hinckley Dodge Ogden will donate any amount above the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $41,985 to Your Community Connection of Ogden/Northern Utah. The winning bidder will pay Hinckley Dodge Ogden MSRP, tax, tags and license fees. If the winning bidder chooses to do so, a separate check can be written for the difference in the MSRP and the winning bid price directly to Your Community Connection of Ogden/Northern Utah to avoid paying sales tax on the donation. Otherwise the winning bidder will pay Hinckley Dodge Ogden the full amount of the winning bid and Hinckley Dodge Ogden will write a check to Your Community Connection of Ogden/Northern Utah for the difference between the winning bid and MSRP.
The vehicle delivery and the donation will take place at the same time with both the winning bidder and a representative from Your Community Connection present at Hinckley Dodge Ogden.
If multiple bids are received from the same individual, only the highest bid will be accepted.
Failure to comply with the terms of this agreement will result in the immediate cancellation of the bid.
If the highest bid does not exceed MSRP, the car will not be sold.
Bids from dealers will not be accepted.
I have read and understand the program outlined above and agree to comply with the terms laid out should my bid be the winning bid.
