Appointments:
When you call ahead for an appointment, the appointment time is not when the repairs will start, but rather a drop off time set aside for a Service Consultant to greet you, listen and understand your needs, review service history, discuss approximate finish time and provide an estimate etc..
This allows the Service Consultant to focus on your needs and not "the person in line behind you". In many cases the appointment time and repair time are hours apart. We hope that by better understanding how appointments work, we can better meet and exceed your automotive service needs.
Mopar Parts Guarantee:
12 months or 12,000 miles parts and labor.
MOPAR 3 years or 100,000 Warranty on Selected Remanufactured Powertrain assemblies sold on or after May 1,2008: long and short block gasoline engine assemblies, gas engine transmissions, Automatic and Manual FWD transaxles and RWD transmissions (includes torque converters equipped with this package.)
Note: dealer installed or over-the-counter torque converters are not included in teh 3/100 warranty coverage. Dealer installed torque converters are covered by a 12/unlimited parts and 12/12 labor warranty coverage while torque converters purchased over-the-counter have 12/unlimited coverage. All other MOPAR parts warranties remain unchanged.

Welcome to the new Hinckley Dodge Ogden website. I redesigned our site to be as straightforward and clutter free as possible. I want you to find the information you need as quickly and easily as possible. The new website is a reflection of how we've always done business at Hinckley Dodge Ogden, straightforward and upfront.
Our entire inventory is listed on the site, including photos of the actual cars. The only
stock
photos are the ones scrolling by on the homepage. I want to represent the cars as accurately as possible, just like my sales team will when you visit our store.
